EL VIA CRUCIS
El Via Crucis o Camino de la Cruz es una práctica de meditación que es rezada por los católicos de todo el mundo, usualmente los viernes durante el tiempo de Cuaresma. También se puede realizar en cualquier momento. Consta de catorce estaciones que recuentan el camino de Cristo desde su juicio hasta su muerte en la cruz y su sepultura.
Cada viernes durante el tiempo de Cuaresma tenemos la práctica del Via Crucis aquí en nuestra Iglesia a las 7 de la noche (Por favor chequea nuestro boletín para más información) Este via crucis es preparado por los diferentes grupos de la parroquia. Todos están bienvenidos a unirse y participar de esta práctica cuaresmal como un medio de crecer en la fe y profundizar en el amor de Jesús por nosotros.
También tenemos el Via Crucis al Aire Libre cada Viernes Santo comenzando a las 12 del Mediodía en la escalinata del Capitolio y terminando sobre las 3 de la tarde en el Centro Comunitario de Cristo Rey (CCCR). El recorrido es aproximadamente tres millas. Tradicionalmente usted puede dejar su auto en el CCCR empezando a las 11:00 a.m. y unos buses lo llevan hasta el Capitolio. (Por favor chequee nuestro boletín para más información). Luego de hacer el recorrido terminamos con el Servicio de Viernes Santo que se realiza en un salón del Centro. Si usted no puede caminar todo el recorrido podemos planificar dos o tres carros que lo pueden llevar el resto del camino. Si usted cree que pueda necesitar asistencia, por favor llame a la oficina con anticipación.
The Way of the Cross is a meditative practice that is prayed by Catholics around the world, usually on Fridays during Lent. You can also meditate it at any time. It consists of fourteen stations that recount the way of Jesus from his trial to his death on the cross and his burial.
We have the practice of the Way of the Cross every Friday of Lent in our parish at 7 p.m. (please check our bulletin for more information). It is prepared by the different groups of our parish. All are welcome to join us and participate in this practice of Lent to help us grow in our faith and deepen in Jesus's love for us.

We also have the Outdoor Way of the Cross every Good Friday. It starts at Noon at the Capitol's steps and ends around 3 o'clock in the Cristo Rey Community Center (CRCC). The walk is approximately three miles. Traditionally, you can leave your car at the Center starting at 11:00 a.m. and a shuttle-bus will take you to the Capitol (please check our bulletin for more information). After the walk we finish with the Good Friday Service inside the Center. If you cannot walk all the way, we can arrange two or three cars that will take you the rest of the way. If you think you might need assistance, please call the church's office ahead of time.
