ANOINTING OF THE SICK
Christ spent his life in this world healing the sick in body and spirit, and sent and gave power to his disciples to do the same. The sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick can be received before a medical procedure or during an illness, and not only when a person is in danger of dying.
Jesus is always with us, above all in the most difficult times, and He won’t leave us. He is the image of God invisible, and God is love (1 Jn 4:8). If you need prayers for yourself, a family member, or a friend, please contact the office and let us know. We are with you and your family in this difficult time and we will be praying for you.
If you would like to receive the sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick for yourself, a loved one, a friend, or any other person, please contact Father Vincent through the office at (517) 394-4639.
Also, the first Wednesday of every month, we offer the opportunity to be anointed during the Mass at 10:15 a.m.

UNCION DE LOS ENFERMOS
Cristo pasó su vida por el mundo sanando a los enfermos en su cuerpo y en su espíritu, y envió y dió poder a sus discípulos para hacer lo mismo. El sacramento de la Unción de los Enfermos puede ser recibido antes de un procedimiento médico o en el transcurso de alguna enfermedad, y no solo cuando se está en peligro de muerte.
Jesús siempre está con nosotros, sobre todo en los momentos más difíciles, y no nos abandona nunca. Él es la imagen de Dios invisible, y Dios es amor (1 Jn 4:8). Si necesitas oración por ti mismo, por un familiar, o por un amigo/a, por favor déjanos saber en la ofician. Nosotros nos unimos a usted y su familia en este momento difícil y estaremos orando juntos por ustedes.
Si desea recibir el sacramento de la Unción para usted, un miembro de su familia, amigo, o alguna otra persona, por favor contacte al Padre Vicente a través de la oficina al 517-394-4639. También el primer miércoles de cada mes ofrecemos la oportunidad de la unción durante la Misa a las 10:15 a.m.
